ROFELIN B. SAMAR is a Management System consultant, a trainer, former Management Representative in QMS, EMS, OSHAS, Social Accountability and FSMS, and a lead author of a publication (Social Accountability 8000: 2008).

Her twenty years of work experience and expertise include Quality Assurance, Quality Management System and Technical, Quality and Process Control, Crisis Management System, ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 22001/FSSC 22000/FSMS Awareness, documentation, internal auditing, and other related courses like Records Management, Effective Document Control, and Root Cause Analysis. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines (UP-SOLAIR) in Diliman, Quezon City and is a licensed Civil Engineer.
