RODOLFO J, ALMAZAR, a.k.a. Rudy, brings a wealth of experience to the training room, boasting 38 years in the semiconductor industry where he played as individual contributor and team player being Technical and Team Player respectively. His commitment to quality is evident in his certifications as a lead auditor for various standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards with record of over 100 cases of external and internal audits conducted in ASEAN countries for the last 30 years. His extensive contribution on internal and external audits enabled him to significantly improve the quality, process and cost performance of his subcontractors.

 

He's a certified Green Belt but with Black Belt Six Sigma competency. This is proven through his multiple technical breakthroughs published and presented in national and international symposiums. His innovative skill on poka-yoke has enabled him to achieve continual improvement that effectively sustained companies’ zero-defect program. His expertise in the 8D methodology has helped him resolve over 100 customer complaints. 

 

He is awarded with prestigious Best Technical Innovator and Best SQE Performer of the Year in 2021 and 2016 respectively.  He is a skilled trainer, adept at developing innovative concepts and training materials on his developed concept titled "Quality Mindset Abnormality Detection" (QMAD) program.  With a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master's degree in Christian Ministry, Rudy is a well-rounded individual with a passion for sharing his knowledge and fostering excellence.
