MIRAME B. DELA PENA (Loty), is a seasoned Organizational Development leader with more than 18 years of experience in talent management, performance and career development, leadership coaching, and learning strategy. She spent most of her career in Jakarta, Indonesia as Vice President and Head of Organizational Development for Sequis Group of Companies, where she led major initiatives in performance, talent, and succession management, as well as management trainee and leadership development programs. She also played a key role in institutionalizing coaching, aligning core values across HR systems, and managing learning services across three business units. Prior to this, she held leadership positions in training and organizational development, employee relations, and human resources, where she successfully implemented customer service, technical training, and learning programs across various industries. Known for building strong partnerships and fostering agile, customer-centric teams, Loty brings deep expertise in human capital development, program management, and learning design.
