EMMA P. TRINIDAD is a Partner and People & Culture Development Coach of Quality Plus Consulting Management Co. She has been the pioneering partner, co-managing the company’s operational start-up and transition, responsible for setting up Administrative policies, as well as its Workforce Planning and Recruitment. She has hands-on involvement in the strategic development of the Company’s operations, specific on marketing and training design for people and organizational culture projects, and customizing training programs for clients’ specific requirements.

 

A Management professional for almost twenty years and a quality practitioner for at least seven years at work, Emma earned 33 units of Master in Industrial Relations (MIR) at UP-SOLAIR, (UP Diliman Campus), and obtained a Diploma in Industrial Relations (DipIR) thereat. She completed two undergraduate courses, namely Chemical Engineering Technology, a consistent scholar at the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), and B.S. in Office Management & Administration at University of Mindanao-Davao City and graduated a Magna Cum Laude in the said University.
