Professionals Strengthen Warehouse and Inventory Management Skills Through TWIST Training

Quality Plus Management Consulting Co. successfully conducted its Transforming Warehouse and Inventory System Training (TWIST) in Cebu, bringing together 11 participants from 4 companies seeking to enhance their warehouse and inventory management capabilities.

Facilitated by Engr. Jay-Mie G. Catibayan, the training provided participants with practical knowledge and tools to improve warehouse operations, inventory control, and resource planning.

Throughout the program, participants explored key topics such as warehouse planning, product classification methods, warehouse layout and zoning, inventory replenishment, performance monitoring, and cost management. They also learned proven continuous improvement approaches, including 7S, Gemba Walks, PDCA, and Kaizen.

By the end of the training, participants gained actionable strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, improve inventory accuracy, reduce operational waste, and support better business performance.
