JAYMIE G. CATIBAYAN,
Jay-Mie is a Partner at Quality Plus and an experienced Management System Consultant, Internal Auditor for ISO programs, and Coach for Operational Excellence and People & Culture Development. She leads consulting projects in Cavite and nearby areas, specializing in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management Systems.
Highly sought after as a facilitator, she conducts a wide range of ISO-related and leadership training programs including TTSD, TTT, QCS, WLS, WAVE, SWIM, PPC, APQP, PPAP, SQC, SPC, FMEA, and Project Management. She also serves as a regular guest lecturer at UP-ISSI on topics such as Process Improvement and Leadership.
An Industrial Engineering graduate from UP Diliman, Jay-Mie has led key projects for organizations across various industries. She began her journey with Quality Plus as a Product Development Officer, creating training modules and programs tailored to client needs.
Outside consulting, Jay-Mie is also a Pastor, serving alongside her husband in the children and youth ministry of the Church of Alpha Omega Christian Ministries, Inc.
JAYMIE G. CATIBAYAN, Principal Partner and Operational Excellence Coach of Quality Plus Management Consulting Co., is a trainer, a consultant and Business Development Head. Her work experience and expertise include ISO 9001: 2015, Standardization and Documentation, Management Systems, Market Feasibility Analysis, and FSMS/HACCP. Jay-Mie is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BS IE) at the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
She conducted several trainings and consultancies including training-led diagnostic consulting on Behavior-based Safety Management System (BBSMS) at Essilor Manufacturing Philippines, Inc., an optics plant in Mariveles, Bataan; designed an Internal Auditors Competency Assessment Program at a halogen lamps manufacturer, Ushio Philippines, Inc. in FCIE, Cavite; setting up of FSMS/HACCP Program for Prima Plastic Manufacturing Corporation.
