JAYMIE G. CATIBAYAN,

Jay-Mie is a Partner at Quality Plus and an experienced Management System Consultant, Internal Auditor for ISO programs, and Coach for Operational Excellence and People & Culture Development. She leads consulting projects in Cavite and nearby areas, specializing in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management Systems.

Highly sought after as a facilitator, she conducts a wide range of ISO-related and leadership training programs including TTSD, TTT, QCS, WLS, WAVE, SWIM, PPC, APQP, PPAP, SQC, SPC, FMEA, and Project Management. She also serves as a regular guest lecturer at UP-ISSI on topics such as Process Improvement and Leadership.

An Industrial Engineering graduate from UP Diliman, Jay-Mie has led key projects for organizations across various industries. She began her journey with Quality Plus as a Product Development Officer, creating training modules and programs tailored to client needs.

Outside consulting, Jay-Mie is also a Pastor, serving alongside her husband in the children and youth ministry of the Church of Alpha Omega Christian Ministries, Inc.
