Her expertise includes ISO documentation development, internal audit preparation, process mapping, operational analysis, risk assessment, and training material development. Prior to joining Q Plus, she gained industry experience through roles in quality assurance, occupational safety, and chemical engineering projects with Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. and RAMCAR Group of Companies. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cagayan State University, she combines strong technical research capability with practical industry experience in food safety, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
