On the 2018 World Food Expo (WOFEX), one of the biggest food show in the Philippines, the Food Caterers Association of the Philippines (FCAP) in cooperation with Quality Plus Management Consulting Co. organized the first 5S seminar entitled The 5S program: Tools and Techniques for business success. Let’s do it the Japanese way!  The well attended 5S seminar was held last August 2, 2018 at SMX Convention center with over 50 attendees composed of FCAP boardmembers and members.

 

The Food Safety and Management expert from Quality Plus, Mr. Benedict Paul Corpuz, presented an overview of the 5S method to the FCAP members. He also shared the benefits, tips and techniques on how to implement the method to their businesses.

The Part 2 of the seminar on the 5S program for FCAP will be on Food and Drinks Asia Expo on 6 September 2018.
