DOMINGO T. TANIEGRA, People & Culture Development Coach of Quality Plus Management Consulting Co., is an HR Executive, and a trainer. His twenty years work experience and expertise include corporate strategy, organizational development & strategic planning, HR policies and procedures, effective approach in labor relations, and negotiations and conflict resolution. ​Sunday, as he used to be called, obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Behavioral Science at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. He also earned units in M. S. Industrial Psychology from the same university.

 

He is an attendee of a series of leadership training from John Maxwell Million Leaders Mandate from 2005 to 2008 and have initiated a program of self-sufficiency for the HR Department to have run income-generating activities, including conduct of training and developing training, and development modules for clients of the conglomerate he was serving in the capacity of a Corporate HR Manager.
