About the event
Failure Mode & Effects Analysis is a structured risk assessment tool used to identify potential failures in products, processes, or systems before they occur. By evaluating the causes and effects of potential failures, organizations can prioritize risks, implement preventive actions, and improve quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This training provides participants with a practical understanding of the FMEA methodology and its application in risk management and quality improvement. Participants will learn how to identify failure modes, evaluate their impact using Risk Priority Numbers (RPN), prioritize corrective actions, and integrate FMEA into continual improvement initiatives.
